Description

This is a combined synopsis/request for quotations (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6 and supplemented with information being issued and separate written RFQ's will not be issued. Furnish 1. Compact Utility Loader, Dingo Kohler Gas 322 w/Kohler Command Series engine (air cooled) or equal -- 1 each. 2. Toro Dingo Backhoe or equal -- Standard Equipment: Flush face, dripless quick couples, welded steel frame with tie down bars and brackets. 12" wide bucket Model 23113. 1 each. 3. Toro Dingo Leveler or equal -- Standard equipment: Quick attach mounting plate, mounting frame, leveler platform. 1 each. 4. Toro Multi-purpose Tool or equal -- Standard Equipment: Quick attach mounting plate, Frame-quick attach mounting plate, Ripper tines-steel, Boom and chain, Towbar-designed to accept a ball with 1 inch (2.5) diameter threads. 1 each 5. Toro dingo Cement Bowl or equal -- Standard Equipment: Cast receiver. Required Equipment: Auger Power Head 22400 or 22801 or equal is required to operate cement bowl. 1 each. 6. Toro dingo High Torque Auger Power Head or equal -- Standard Equipment: Quick couplers fabricated, welded steel frame. 1 each. 7. Toro Dingo Auger Bits and accessories or equal as follows: Auger Bit 6 inch -- 1 each; Auger Bit 9 inch -- 1 each. 8. Toro Dingo Hydraulic Breaker or equal. Breaker consists of a power head mounted on two side plates attached to quick attach mounting plate. Mounting plate equipped with two sets of holes for work in the horizontal or vertical position. Breaker is equipped with a tool retaining pin for tool placement. Standard Equipment: Quick couplers. 1 each 9. Toro Dingo Trencher or equal. Standard Equipment: Flush face, Dripless quick couplers, Quick attach mounting plate. 1 each. 10. Toro Dingo Bore Drive Head Rod and Reamer Kit or equal. Standard Equipment: Quick coupler, Flush face, Dripless couplers bore drive head hex couple with snap button connector. 1 each. 11. Rod and Reamer Kit -- 1 each. 12. Toro Dingo Trailer or equal. 1 each. Attachment Transport Trailer with connecting points for the following attachments: Backhoe, Leveler, Multi-purpose Tool, Cement Bowl, High Torque Auger Power Head, Two auger bits, Hydraulic Breaker, Trencher, Bore Drive Head Rod and Reamer Kit. Supplies and Services: Trailer should be tandem axle with a minimum loading rating of 3200 pounds. Electric brakes for at least one axle. Inside dimensions of trailer should be minimum: 14' long and 5' wide. Trailer should be constructed of minimum 4 inch channel iron frame. Must be equipped with an approved DOT light package and 2 inch ball hitch. Other accessories/parts for above items: Counterweight -- 1 each; Bucket (standard) -- 1 each; Trencher Crumber -- 1 each; 3 inchX6 inch Trencher Chain -- 1 each; Wheeled unit fix up kit -- 1 each; 16 inch backhoe bucket -- 1 each; Asphalt Cutter -- 1 each; Relief Valve Kit -- 1 each. Contractor must provide warranty/guarantee period; brand name, model number of equipment to be provided, part numbers, etc.; operation and maintenance manuals, descriptive literature so item can be evaluated. Provide federal supply schedule information if applicable. The following FAR clauses apply to this synopsis/RFQ and any subsequent award: 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items (Evaluations based on price and price related factors if proposed equipment is acceptable to meet our needs; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions requied to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commerical Items; 52.247-3 F.O.B.
