SUBJECT: Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a ADJUSTMENT ASSEMBLY SOL SP0440-01-R- 1470 DUE 10/29/01 POC Diane Hall, (804) 279-5563 Fax (804) 279-3881 DESC: PR No. YPG01004001063: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Adjustment Assembly, NSN 6605-00-468-0867, P/N 144622-01-01. This award will be solicited for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years. FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance: Destination, 253 Days ARO. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. There is currently one approved source of supply: Smiths Industries Aerospace and Defense Systems Inc. Cage 35351 intended source. Solicitation will be issued on a none unrestricted basis, under other than full and open competition procedures (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) (FAR 6.302-1). Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government on the NSN. NSN is non-commercial.
