Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Hayes, Inc. for two each Hayes Medical Tecnology CD-Rom site licenses using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. Renewal subscriptions include quarterly technology updates, issues of the Hayes Alert Newsletter, issues of Hayes Legal Precedent Directory, and telelphone support as needed. The anticipated award date is 1 October 2001 for the renewal period 1 Oct 01 through 30 Sep 02. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
