Description

The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington intends to award a sole source contract to UPLIFT International to procure support for the establishment of Maternal-Child Health Care progam in Vieques. This requirement is for the Commander United States Naval Forces Southern Command, San Juan Detachment, Federico Degetau Federal Building Room 334, 150 Carlos Chardon Avenue, Hato Rey, PR 00918. The contract will be awarded under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 ? (1) and FAR 6.302-1. The contractor will conduct a health care assessment, design a program and establish a maternal and child health and prevention programs to imprive the health of the people living in Vieques.
