Description

This is notice of intent. The government intends to award a sole source , fixed price contract to Ovid Technologies under the authority of 6.302-1 for Ovid on line software subscription service. As a package the subsciption service includes Medline, Healthstar, Cancerlit, Biothiscline, Aidsline, Full Text Biomedical Collection, Full text Biomedical Collection II, Full Text Biomedical Collection III, Full Text Biomedical Collection IV, Full Text Nursing Collection, and Full text Mental Health Collection. The subscription service is for the Brook Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. This notice is not a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. Note 22 applies.
