Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. AIC number ISO010001893 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This is a small business Set-Aside under NAIC Code 42143. The solicitation contains the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001: (200) each Kanguru 20GB EIDE, Removable Hard Drives (Part # 11AKD -20GB). The required delivery date is 30 Days after the receipt of order and the items shall be delivered to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency 14705 E. Willard Road, Chantilly, Virginia 20151-1705. The following provisions apply to this notice: 52.212- 1, Instructions to offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Comme rcial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Hardware meets all the specifications and (2) price. The award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. This notice serves as t he only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The quote shall provide a description to include part number, a price per unit and total price. The quote shall state if the product is priced Open Market or G SA and if so, state the GSA contract number. Provide your Tax Identification Number, cage code and business size.
