Description

The Acquisition Management Department, National Naval Medical Center has a requirement for the Automated Branch, Laboratory Medicine Department. NNMC intends to award a sole sourced standing order to International Remote Imaging Systems 9162 Eton Avenue Chatsworth, CA 91311 for controls specifically for use on their Yellow Iris Model 500 Urinalysis Analyzer. The following items will be procured: CLIN 0001: One hundred forty four (144) each Cat# 800-0010 Sheath Fluid, twelve (12)shipped November through August and twenty four (24)shipped in September; CLIN 0002: Twenty four (24)each Cat# 475-0030 Irisolv; CLIN 0003: One hundred twenty (120)each Cat# 475-0001 Spec 1 Solution; CLIN 0004: Sixteen (16) each Cat# 475-0020 Spec Grav 1.025; CLIN 0005: Sixteen (16)each Cat# 475-0010 Spec Grav 1.060; CLIN 0006: Forty eight (48)each Cat# 475-0021 Diluent; CLIN 0007: Two hundred (200)each Cat# 800-0057 Chemstrips; CLIN 0008: Four (4)each Cat# 799-0007 PM Kit; CLIN 0009: Eight (8)each Cat# 800-0058 Calibration Strips; CLIN 0010: Four (4)each Cat# 475-0024 Stain; CLIN 0011: Eight (8)each Cat# 800-0039 Printer Ribbon. CLIN 0002 through 0011 will be shipped in above totals divided into quarterly shipments. Award will be made in the form of a SF1449 commercial purchase order for the period 1 November 2001 through 30 September 2002. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Award will be contingent upon availability of FY02 funding.
