- Denver VAMC is issuing a three (3) year contract for custom open heart kits for the period 10/1/01 or date of award through 9/30/02 with two option years. Those individuals who requested a package in the past from the 6/28/01 announcment do not need to request another package. To request a package, you must submit on your company letterhead, the complete name, address, telephone number, fax number and point of contact. You may fax this request to 303/393-2860. Solicitation will be issued o/a 9/4/01.
