Description

Contractor to provide all materials, labor and equipment to construct a solarium attached to an existing connection corridor at the St. Cloud Minnesota VA Medical Center. Work to include fully poured concrete footings with masonry foundation wall, foundation and knee wall, pre-engineered extruded aluminum solarium with insulated glass, heating, lighting and ventilation per the contract specifications and drawings. All work is to be done in strict accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Solicitation packages will be issued on September 14, 2001. A Pre-Bid Meeting/walkthrough will be held on September 26, 2001 at 1:00PM (local time), attendance is not mandatory, but is strongly encouraged. There is no bid deposit. Bids will be opened on October 16, 2001 at 2:00PM (local time). The cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. All requests for this solicitation MUST be in writing, and must be on company letterhead, and can be faxed to the attention of Melanie Stockman at fax number (320) 255-6341. All requests must include name, address, telephone number, contact person and solicitation number. Telephone requests will NOT be honored. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
