Description

Courier Services to transport laboratory specimens from VA field service centers in Jackson, Ohio and Pomeroy, Ohio to the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio. Tentative schedule for Jackson FSC is every Thursday and Friday, excluding holidays and tentative schedule for Pomeroy FSC is every Wednesday, excluding holidays. Term of contract will be October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with option to renew for four (4) additional years. RFQ Solicitation to be available 9-4-01. All requests for RFQ documents must be in writing and may be faxed to 740-772-7008. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Contract award will be subject to availability of FY 2002 funds. This is 100% set-aside for Very Small Business Concerns. See Numbered Note 28. NAICS 492110
