Description

This is a combine synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-25. The National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) intends to purchase the following Name Brand software license Only (No substitutions): Adobe PhotoShop 6.0 Full Version License Agreement Only for PC's 40 Each. Adobe PageMaker 7.0 Full Version License Agreement Only for PC's 40 Each. Adobe Illustrator 9 Full Version License Agreement Only for PC's 40 Each. Delivery is FOB destination to Ft. Belvoir, VA. Within 30 days of award of order. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition with no addenda. This acquisition is to be awarded on a low cost technically acceptable basis. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52-212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, Required to Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following DFARS are also incorporated into this solicitation: 252.204-7004 Required Contractor Registration (Registration can be completed by contacting: http://ccr.edi.disa.mil/ccragent/plsql/ccr.welcome); 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement statuses or Executive orders applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items; 252.225-7001 Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program; 252.227-7015 Technical Data-Commercial Items. Interested parties shall submit offers with the following information: Remit to address if different. All responses to this solicitation are due on 14 September 01, 2:00 EST.
