Description

The US Dept of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center is planning to negotiate a sole source contract with B&L Medical for a Teleradiology Web Server for the Hines VA Hospital, Hines, IL. This is considered to be a sole source because equipment and software must be able interface with the existing CT machines. It is also the only make and model that performs DICOM VPN connections essential to render faster diagnosis of veterans at the Hines VA Hospital.
