- The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC), Bethesda, MD intends to award a sole- source standing order procurement to BioMerieux Vitek for reagents. Vitek IMS System is an automated instrument that performs bacterial identification and anatimicrobial susceptibility testing on patient specimens. Vitek is the only source of products for the automated bacterial and susceptibility testing. Period: 01 OCT 01 thru 30 SEP 02. Award will be made using the Federal Acquisition Regulations and contingent upon availability of FY 02 funding.
