Description

The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price modification to the Requirements Type Contract with General Electric Company, Aircraft Engines, Lynn, MA for the acquisition of various T700, T701 and T701(c) spare parts designat ed as sole source. FOB Point for all orders placed will be Origin. Period of performance will be for 2 years. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satis fy Agency Requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. List of the individual items (Part Number, National Stock Number and Noun), which the U. S. Army Aviation and Missile Command intends to establish as a modification to DAAH23-99-D-0032, a requirements type contract, for the acquisition of various T700, T701, and T701(c) engine spare parts, with General Electric, Aircraft Engines, Lynn, MA (Cage Code 99207) is set forth below.
