YPG01228000566 NSN 1560-01-316-1865, Panel Sound Absorbing, P/N 65523-00213-046 Rev "G". All manufacturers other than Sikorsky (78286) and Airborne Industries (66860) must submit a complete source approval package to be considered as a source of supply. This is an unrestricted acquisition using other than full and open competition. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA procurement gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the request for proposal.
