ANALYTICAL TESTING OF CERAMICRETE. The U. S. Department of Energy's National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), Pittsburgh PA intends to award a purchase order on a sole-source bases to Cement Solutions, Inc., Houston TX provide the following Testing, Analysis and evaluation of Ceramicrete by API Standards.. This request is considered to be a sole-source to Cement Solutions, Inc as it is the only know independent testing facility not connected in any way to cement service company or product users (i.e., major oil companies). Therefore, no solicitation shall result from announcement procedure. Any firm believing that they can provide the required equipment may submit a written response clearly showing it's ability to provide the required equipment, which will be considered by this agency.
