Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with InstallSheild Software Corporation, located at 900 National Parkway, Suite 125, Schaumburg, IL 60177 to obtain the following software and software support: Install Shield Developer 7.0 (Qty. 25), maintenance for Install Shield Developer 7.0 (Qty. 25), Gold Support (Qty. 3) and Training (Qty. 22). InstallShield Software Corporation, is the only known source, which can provide the required software and services. This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Requests for copies of this solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged. The Government does not intend to pay for information received. All interested parties must respond with in 7 calendar days from the date of this notice. Written responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating your firm?s capability to provide the software and services listed above. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to SSA-01-1950. If after September 7, 2001, no viable responses have been received in response to this announcement, SSA shall negotiate solely with InstallSheild Software Corporation.
