Description

Background "Contractor Engineering and Technical Services (CETS) to provide on-site proficiency training, technical advice and assistance for C-130, C-141 and C-5 aircraft support. This includes C-130 (B,E,H), HC-130P (F,R,T), TC-130G General A/C Airframe and systems, C-5 General Aircraft, Airframe and Systems, Avionics,and Electrical/Avionics Systems Instruction at various CONUS locations. Liason capability between CETS representatives and the manufacturer is required. This effort requires 12 representatives for 18 months, starting 01 Apr 02. The basic period of performance is 01 Apr 02 -- 30 Sep 02 with an estimated period of performance of 01 Oct 02 -- 30 Sep 03. The approximate issue/response date is 19 Oct 01. No telephone requests.
