- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. The Government intends to award, on a Sole Source basis, an order to Synergy Microsystems. Array Processor Card, quantity 2 each. These cards are to replace and update existing systems. Description: DSP VME Quad PPC 7400 @ 366 Mhz, 256mb SDRAM, 8mb backside cache (1.5:1 ratio), VME64x, battery-backed CLK-CAL w/128 KB NVRAM, PO-PCI, 10/100 base T ethernet, front panel SCSI, 17mb flash, level R0 ruggedization, 0-50 C operating temp w-200 LFM, single wide VME64x front panel, 4 RS-232D serial ports, 1 PMC Site, bellcore/nynex compliant, synergy scientific subroutine library CDROM included. Includes PMC module, PCI to 5v raceway interface, quad processor linux boot code/SMON firmware Version 5.1.8, serial splitter cable-single RJ50 male to quad RJ45 female serial port cable assembly, 1 meter for VSS4 SBCs. No RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be made based on technically acceptable low bids. "Numbered Note 22 applies, however, all offers received within 7 days (in lieu of 15 days) after date of publication of original synopsis will be considered by the Government".
