Do not call buyer for copies of the solicitation or drawings, this will be obtained off the web. Qty 667 each to be delivered to Tracy, Ca . Delivery 70 days after date of award. Solicitation is a RFP and will be available after 20 Sept 2001 (issue date) from http://dibbs.dscccols.com A written quote is required. This is a small business set-aside procurement. Military and commercial specifications cannot be provided by DSCC. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See numbered Note 26.
