Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with PALL AEROPOWER CORPORATION, Clearwater, Florida for an Oil Purification System (Part # PE0107812Z23) and Hose Kit (Part # PE01078AV8K1T) for the F402 engine of the AV-8B. Required delivery is NLT 30 December 2001. The required procurement is in support of the AV-8B Program. The Government does not hold any proprietary rights to any data or technology. NAWCADLKE intends to procure this item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
