Description

This requirement was originally synopsized in the Commerce Business Daily; Submission Number 491665 dated August 30, 2000 . The requirement was put on hold to resolve outstanding issues; Submission Number 50F5D4 dated March 7, 2001. Since all issues have been resolved, this Command will now proceed toward the issuance of the solicitation for this requirement. A synopsis of the requirement is as follows: The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance, overhaul of the Dampner Assembly, CH-47, Input NSNs & P/N: 1650-01-106-9510/114H6800-5, 1650-01-315-1725/114H6800-9, and 1650-0 1-371-2475/114H6800-11, Output NSN & P/N: 1650-01-371-2475/114H6800-11. The minimum quantity is 75 each and the maximum quantity is 1,243 each, applicable to the CH-47 aircraft. This is a fully competitive requirement. The overhaul effort will be accom plished in accordance with Depot Maintenance Work Requirement 55-1650-166, dated 19 January 1989. Responsible sources that can perform the above effort may submit an offer, which may be considered by the Agency. This requirement is currently unfunded. A ward will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date state d above.
