Construction of a leased facility which will contain approximately 2,955 net interior square feet. Site Cost is $60,000.00 All offers must be based on the site listed in the solicitation. The successful offeror will be required to purchase the site in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Assignable Option to Purchase which is included in the solicitation package.
