Description

Contract 68-W-99-007 was awarded to the U.S. Civilian Research and Development Foundation on December 23, 1998 for the tax free transfer of U.S. Funds to Russia to support a multi-lateral PCB Initiative and the Arctic Military Environmental Cooperation Agreement. The U.S. EPA intends to issue a modification to extend the period of performance ending date for contract 68-W-99-007 from December 22, 2001 through December 22, 2003 to complete the projects contracted for at no additional cost to the government.
