Description

The Export-Import Bank of the US intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source; Professional Records Storage, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the renewal of service to provide storage, retrieval, and delivery of Export Import Bank wide communication. Service will cover the period of 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002. This acquisition is under NAICS 561499. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This is a sole source requirement and if no affirmative written responses are received that a comparable source is available, a sole source will be negotiated. Responses must be received, in writing, by 12 September 2001. Interested parties shall submit sufficient descriptive literature with their response to prove their capability to respond to the requirements of this notice. Responses must be in writing. NO TELEPHONE OR FAX RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
