DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration/FTS Region 5 is announcing its intent to issue a procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for a sole source acquisition to QFlow Systems, LLC, 9317 Manchester Road St Louis, Missouri 63119. It is likely that award to any other source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements. Also, substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition will also occur. The agency has used QFlow on previous efforts that uniquely qualify them to perform the requested work. QFlow has a comprehensive knowledge of how the Navy's systems function and how they are integrated in the Navy's environment. QFlow is currently under other Navy contracts to provide Kofax and Oracle maintenance and support for its mission critical integrated claims payment system. QFlow also has specialized knowledge and this is critical for the Navy to complete their mission. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals submitted by the designed response date will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Statement of Work can be requested via e-mail.
