DESCRIPTION: GSA Client -- Military Medical Support Office (MMS0), Great Lakes, IL This Request for Quotes is to describe services that the Military Medical Support Office (MMSO) is seeking for a Contractor to provide application maintenance support for its Claims Processing System II (CPSII) application. The Contractor will be responsible for providing application maintenance support services as directed by the MMSO Configuration Control Board (CCB). These services include such areas as application program changes to support changes to system software, application program changes to correct program errors, documentation of the program changes, and providing updated source code. The Contractor will also be responsible for providing all "front-line" phone support regarding application program issues and questions. The Statement of Work can be requested via e-mail.
