Description

DESC: VA Black Hills Health Care System on behalf of VISN 13 Network will negotiate on a Sole Source Basis IAW FAR 6.302-1 for the RENEWAL software license for the Healthcare series intranet version DRUGDEX System, EMERGINDEX System, POISINDEX System, Martindale PDR, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), CareNotes System, REPRORISK System, TOMES System, DRUG-REAX System, IDENTIDEX Major Database Complimentary, IV INDEX System, for the VISN 13 VA Medical Centers located at Minneapolis, MN; St. Cloud, MN; Fargo, ND; Sioux Falls, SD; Fort Meade, SD; and Hot Springs, SD with Micromedex, Inc., 6200 South Syracuse Way, Suite 300, Englewood, CO 80111-4740. The award will be made as a commercial acquisition under FAR Part 12. Annual maintenance support includes providing software updates enhancements to the software and training. Contract Period will be from 10/1/01 through 9/30/02
