Description

The Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Image Design and Communications, 3601 West Pacific Avenue, Burbank, CA 91505 for Exhibit Services for the Fall Internet World Tradeshow in New York City, October 1-5, 2001. Exhibit services shall include installation of 20 x 20 display, dismantling of 20 x 20 display, furniture, 4 contemporary stools, 2 wastebaskets, carpet and padding, drayage, cleaning and porter service, rental of 2 pentium III computers, internet service, electrical services, shipping display, picking up display and storage. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit written quotations no later than 10 days from the published date of this announcement. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, such requests for solicitations will be considered non responsive. Evaluation/award will be based on the lowest price to the government. All quotes shall include price(s) FOB point,a point of contact -- name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size and payment terms. If no affirmative responses are received the award will be made to Image Design and Communications.
