Description

Kennel Cage Inserts for Cars shall be of the following description: Units are 38? wide x 31? high x 40? long. The roof, front and rear panels, and base are constructed of 5052 H32 1/8? unitized aluminum. Mig-welded stress points. Smoothed interior surfaces and no sharp edges. The roof shall not rattle and fit snugly between the front and rear panel. The front panel shall have four horizontal bars. UHMW plastic shall be used to for the middle panel sliding door and unit shall not rattle. The front door handle is ergonomically positioned midway on the sliding door. Door panels shall be solid aluminum. Black powder coat to reduce glare shall be used. The rear panel shall also be black powder coated bars on the window and anti-glare. The unit shall have the window hinged for rear deck cleaning. Window guards are hinged at the top and have spring-loaded latches at the bottom ? no removable hardware. The base shall be constructed of one piece. The floor mat shall be 3/8? thick heavyweight high-density rubber mat.
