Description

001 Purpose of agreement is to set forth the responsibilites, standards, and financial terms in the development, coaching, and administration of the Peterson swim team from 01 September 2001 to 31 August 2002. 002 The team and staff will be registered members of USA Swimming. The team and staff will be covered under USA Swimming (1) One million dollar liability insurance policy. 003 The staff as deemed necessary will attend and coach all meets and splashes that the team competes at. 004 Payment plan as follows: Members will swim on (5) Five day or (2) Two day a week monthly program Contractor receives: 1) $28.00 per military member per month on 5-day a week plan. 2) $31.00 per non-military member per month on a 5-day a week plan. 3) $17.50 per military member per month on a 2-day a week plan. 4) $21.00 per non-military member per month on a 2-day a week plan. 005 Contractor will be paid net 30 days after receipt of proper invoice from him at the end of the month. 006 Contractor will have the responsibility of seeing that all necessary information for a monthly newletter is provided to the director not later than the 1st day of the month. Director will in turn have these printed so they can be passed out to each of the member families. He will also develop a swim team handbook that will serve as a parent guide and policy statement for the team. This would be done in conjunction with the director and the director will have these printed for distribution.
