Description

The Department of Justice intends to procure the services of Innovation Data Processing for maintenance on the following software: Washington Location -- FDR/CPK/ABR/HDS (110 MSU); FATS/FATAR (Site License). Dallas Location -- FDR/CPK/ABR/HDS (169 MSU); FATS/FATAR (Site License), for the period 10/1/01 thru 9/30/02, on a SOLE SOURCE BASIS, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). Any responses received as a result of this notice of intent, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses of this notice, is solely within the descretion of the Government.*****
