Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Computer Technology Division, Eastern and Western Area Commands Branch (DTS41) intends to award a sole source contract to Computer Associates International, Inc., 2291 Wood Oak Drive., Herndon, VA 20171 for the renewal of software maintenance for the following PROPRIETARY software products: Report Designer; Report Viewer; Analysts Users (Cube Users); Reporter Server and Analyst Server. This software resides on systems located at Defense Enterprise Computing Center (DECC) Detachment Dayton, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency requirements. Any party who can provide the above listed software maintenance must indicate their interest by the closing date of this announcement, 4 Sep 2001. Datafax inquiries to 618-229-9177 are acceptable. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations/Proposals. The resultant contract will be firm,fixed price. All responses from responsible sources will be considered for award of a contract.
