Description

The contractor shall provide Cosmos Intermediate, Cosmos Flow Bundle, Solidworks, PhotoWorks for SolidWorks, and SolidWorks Animator. The contractor shall provide annual maintenance which includes: All major upgrades and all interim releases, and Technical Support 24 hour, 7 days week. It is the intent of the Government to award a contract on a sole source basis to TriMech Solutions, Columbia, Md pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competititive proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Quotes may be faxed to (410) 278-6522.
