Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an Other-Than-Full-and-Open-Competition basis from Cognitech, Inc., 225 South Lake Avenue, Suite 601, Pasadena, CA 91101, USA, one (1) each -- Cognitech Video WorkStation, CVW-450, including Video Active and Video Investigator software. This sole source is based on the following: the system is the only workstation that will operate in a lossless frame mode, with proprietary software that supports real time streaming video data processing with interface support for NAWCWD plug-in development. Responsible firms believing they can provide the above equipment, should submit a written response to be received by the Contracting Officer within five days of publication of this notice, clearly showing their ability to provide the equipment without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the configuration or without causing hardship to the program.
