The work of this contract consist of constructing an approximately 8000 sq. ft. addition to the Visitor's Center at Wilson's Creek National Battlefield in Republic, Missouri. The project site is located 10 miles southwest of Springfield on Green County and Farm Road 182 Route ZZ. The project scope includes Library space, Educational space, Archival/exhibit space, storage area, office space, utilities, and minor landscaping. The magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Solicitation packages may be acquired in person, by mail or fax. Telephone request will not be accepted. Request for solicitation packages must be in writing stating solicitation number, complete company name, point of contact, address, phone number and fax number and whether bidding as a prime/subcontractor or supplier.
