The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service proposes to award a Sole Source, FAR 6.302-1, Firm Fixed Price, Non-Personal Healthcare Service contract to the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska, Niobrara, Nebraska 68760 to improve the health of the Native American population in the Douglas County area through the establishment of a Public Health Nursing (PHN) Program to be located at the Ponca Health and Wellness Center under the Authority of P.L. 93-638 Self-Determination Act.
