Description

The National Guard Bureau intends to issue a sole source firm fixed-price contract to International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc., 10176 Baltimore National Pike, #201, Ellicott City, MD21042. The intent of this acquisition is to update/modify/customize the currently existing Critical Incident Stress Management training developed by ICISF. This modified course of instruction will be used for the National Guard in meeting its Weapons of Mass Destruction mission. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations (RFQ) for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
