The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service proposes to award a Sole-Source, FAX 6.302-1, Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Healthcare Service Contract to the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska, Winnebago, Nebraska 68071 for the improvement of native American Women of childbearing age with an emphasis on the antepartum/postpartum population on the Winnebago Reservation. The goal is to impact physical activity, obesity and factors that affect birth outcomes such as smoking, substance abuse, lack of prenatal care, teen pregnancy, late entry into care and lack of case management for this population under the authority of P.L. 93-638 Self-Determination Act.
