Description

The U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY intends to award a sole source purchase order with Janes Information Group for web access to Janes Online Library. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only on e responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The appplicable NAICS code is 51130 with a size standard of 500 employees. All reponses from responsible sources will be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION ISSUED. See numbered Note 22.
