Description

The United States Property & Fiscal Office for Arizona has a requirement for the services of a Family Readiness & Support Services Manager for the Arizona Air National Guard in Tucson, Az. Principal duties include managing the Family Support Services offic e at this location, developing and implementing a family readiness and support program, provide consultation and assistance in identifying and addressing family issues and demographic trends which impact mission readiness and retention. Travel to attend co nferences, workshops, and meetingson quality of life and family readiness and support issues may be required. The solicitation will be issued on 5 SEP 01, with proposals due on 4 OCT 01. The performance period will have a base of eleven (11) months, and t hree (3) option years, should the Government elect to accept the options. The base period will begin on 1 NOV 2001 through 30 SEP 2002. Option 1 will extend from 1 OCT 2002 through 30 SEP 2003. Option 2 will extend from 1 OCT 2003 through 30 SEP 2004. Opti on 3 will extend from 1 OCT 2004 through 30 SEP 2005. Offerors will be required to provide a written proposal as well as an oral presentation. The written proposal and the oral presentation will be rated on the following factors: (A) Understanding and Conf ormance with the performance work statement (PWS); (B) Management Plan; (C) Past performance, and (D) Price. In the evaluation, price will be of equal weight with the other three factors. Muliple awards will be made. This is a 100% Small Budiness Set-Asid e.
