Description

The Department of Energy (DOE) intends to award a purchase order on a sole-source basis to Pat Harrington Consultants, Inc. under 41USC 252 (c) (1) one responsible source. The award will cover one year from the date signed by the Contracting Officer. The firm will provide assistance to the Office of Safety, Health and Security in developing and implementing its training program in systematic planning, including the Data Quality Objectives process, and the data collection process. This assistance includes technical input and review in the conceptual development of the training program, training course outline and course syllabus. This notice of intent to award sole source and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firm(s) who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates the firm's ability to provide an equivalent service, as described above. Interested parties must provide a proposal, resumes, price proposal and rationale as to why they should be considered for the work.
