Description

The Contracting Office at Fort McCoy, WI intends to conduct an A-76 Cost Comparison Study between the in-house offer and a NISH pre-qualified Community Rehabilitation Program, PRIDE Industries, Roseville, CA for Installation Support Services at Fort Hunter Liggett, CA. The entire base operations, encompassing approximately 140 spaces is under review. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED TO INDUSTRY. The Contracting Office at Fort McCoy anticipates the contract type will be a cost plus award fee. Contract term will consist of a phase-in period, a base year plus four option years. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8744 and the small business is $20 million annual average gross revenue of the concern for the last three fiscal years including Foreign and Domestic affiliates. Based on the results of the cost comparison the Government may elect to award a contract or to retain the functions in-house. The functions under study include 1) Directorate of Logistics (DOL), 2) Directorate of Public Works (DPW), 3) Directorate of Information Management (DOIM), and 4) Plans and Training (DPT).
