Description

Western Regional Contracting Office intends to procure regularly scheduled Annual Maintenance Service for a Sterrad Sterilizer, Model: 100, located at Weed Army Community Hospital, Fort Irwin, CA 92310. The Governement intends to award a fixed price contract with a base year period of 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002 and four (4) one year option periods. The anticipated award date is 1 October 2001. The RFQ DADA13-01-T-0094 will be available upon request to Mitch Munger via e-mail, at mitch.munger@nw.amedd.army.mil. on or about 27 August 2001 with a closing date of 10 September 2001. Vendors requesting a copy of this RFQ must provide Business Size, telephone number / facsimile number, e-mail address and a point of contact. This RFQ is being issued on an unrestricted basis using Simplified Acquistion Procedures (SAP). All responsible sources may submit an offer. Per DFARS 252.204-7004, Reguired Central Contractor Registration is mandatory for all contractors in order to receive award of a contract or order.
