Description

We are soliciting for in kind donations for the Elmendorf Youth sports Outdoor Soccer Program to be the months of August-September. We are seeking sponsorship for $10,500 for soccer balls, chalk for fields, jerseys, goal nets, shin guards for approximately 250-300 participants. We would accept all or part donation depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done in all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation for this solicitation may be made no later than July 15, 2002. This is a solicitation by a nonappropriated funds instumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the government.
