Description

We are soliciting for in kind donations for the Elmendorf Eagleglen Base Championships to be held on August 9-11, 2002. We are seeking sponsorship for $1000 for prizes, hole in one sponsorships, gift certificates, golf equipment etc. Approximately 75-100 participants in the tournament. We would accept all or part donation depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done in all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation for this solicitation may be made no later than July 30, 2002. This is a solicitation by a nonappropriated funds instumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the government.
