Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Albuquerque, New Mexico, is requesting by means of a prospectus offers for the concessioner operation of the Doris Campground facility located at the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. The refuge is located 25 miles northwest of Lawton, OK. This is a year round business opportunity, with the most extensive visitation during the months of April through October. The average daily campground occupancy rate during the last five years has been 20%. This opportunity primarily consists of the daily management of the Doris Campground facility inclusive of collection of fees, general maintenance, completion of all financial reporting documents, and performing all duties as specified in the contract.
