Description

1. The Louisiana Dept. of Natural Resources gives public notice that it is requesting proposals from interested, qualified persons or firms (including public agencies and institutions) to implement, coordinate and operate the Joint Public Notice system. 2. Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2515-02-12 are available at the Dept. of Natural Resources, 6th Floor, Room 615, State Land and Natural Resources Building, 625 North Fourth Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. They may also be obtained by: 1) writing to La. Dept. of Natural Resources, Post Office Box 94396, Baton Rouge, LA 70804-9396, ATTN: Suzanne Terrell 2) calling Ms. Terrell at (225) 342-4539 3) e-mail request to suzannet@dnr.state.la.us, or 4) fax at (225) 342-8700. Please note that all requests must include a contact name, company name, mailing address, and telephone number. RFP's will be mailed immediately upon request via the U.S. Postal Service. 3. Proposals may be sent to the Dept. of Natural Resources, P.O. Box 94396, Baton Rouge, LA 70804-9396, ATTN: Karen Y. Lewis, or be delivered to the Dept. at the 6th Floor, Room 615, State Land and Natural Resources Bldg, 625 North 4th Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802. 4. Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on September 26, 2001 after which time they will not be accepted. 5. Proposals will be evaluated according to criteria defined in the RFP, and all proposers will be notified by U.S. mail of any contract awarded after such evaluation.
