Description

The National Institutes of Health/NIDA-IRP intents to procure on a sole source basis, with MDS Panlabs to conduct laboratory assessment of several new compounds from with a series of drugs for which previous assays were conducted. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000. This acquisition is being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no ther supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
