Description

This modification provides the specifications for the dispensing system rental. The system must be self-contained stainless steel construction and so designated and fabricated to faclitate being maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. The system must be approved by the national sanitation foundation and underwriters laboratories. Dispensing sysem must be capable of dispensing multiple flavors, water and ice. Dispensing system must be counter electric or ice combo type units, equipped with water button selection. Requirements as to quantity, type, and size of equipment will vary by facility. Overall dimensions shall be approximately 15 inches to 30 inches wide, 20 inches to 30 inches deep 7 and 23 inches to 40 inches high. The returnable beverage base (syrup) tank and carbon gas (C02) cylinder must be 20 pound capacity. The closing date shall be extended to 9 September 01.
